  • Privacy policy

    PRIVACY is important to us to keep your personal information secure.

    Any personal details that you provide will be used for the purposes of fulfilling your orders, and corresponding with you if you have subscribed to our Newsletter. We will also send email updates advertising specials and up-coming events.

    We do not pass on these personal details to any third parties.

    Photos, drawings, colouring in or reviews for competitions or special events should only be submitted if you are happy for them to appear on either our website or social media. Please note that acknowledgement will include no identifiers other than first name &/or age (or school year level if preferred). Eg. ‘Lulu, aged 3’, ‘a Year 4 student’, or ‘created by Jazz’.

  • Returns Policy

    Sometimes things happen beyond our control, so if your purchase arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us to arrange a return of your damaged item for a full refund or exchange of goods as soon as possible after delivery.

    We want you to fully enjoy your new purchases so if for some reason you have concerns over the appropriateness of your choice please get in touch with us prior to purchase. We only accept exchanges (return postage cost to customer) under special circumstances. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns. Please note that we cannot accept pre-read books, they must be returned in their original packaging & in as-new condition.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Currently we have postage available within Australia only.

    Our parcels will be delivered via Sendle or Australia Post depending on the location. Please contact us for more details if necessary.

    Our shipping for most items is set at a flat rate for postage if delivered within the Melbourne metro area, and major cities and towns within Australia. However there may be occasions when prices differ, particularly for delivery to remote locations. These prices will be visible at the point of sale when your cart is being processed.

    We believe it is important to let you know exactly what we have in stock so that you can be assured of receiving it promptly. We will fulfil your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

    If an item is temporarily OUT OF STOCK, this will be clearly indicated on our site. If you contact us, we will be able to let you know the estimated time this item will take to return to the store.

  • Payment Options

    We accept payment via Credit card via Stripe (Google Pay and Apple Pay).

    All prices are calculated in AUD and GST is included in the price.
